An Important Message for…… High School & College Choir Directors…

We invite you to take on the challenge and be a part of the celebration! $10,000 in total scholarships will be awarded

$5,000 to the High School GRAND PRIZE winner!!!!!
$5,000 to the College GRAND PRIZE winner!!!!!

It's that time again to take on the challenge and we invite you to be a part of the celebration! Who will claim the right to be called the iSing Choir Champion this year? A $5,000 scholarship will be awarded the grand prize winner.

We will feature the (4) four top choirs in each category (high school and college) competing for the top prize of a $5,000 scholarship during the "2011 Music & Worship Conference" at Reid Temple AME Church in Glenn Dale, MD at a FREE CONCERT on FRIDAY, November 4, 2011. In addition, we will feature gospel celebrity judges and some of the best high school and college choirs.

Members of the Music & Worship Conference planning
committee will review all contest entries and select six (6)
contestant entrants' best performances to upload on the conference website and the community will vote for their favorite choir. The four (4) highest scoring choirs will sing-off live for a panel of judges in hopes of winning a $5,000 scholarship for their school.

Timelines:

  • Choir registration submission due date: WEDNESDAY, September 28, 2011
  • The top six (6) choirs will be announced and notified by: MONDAY, October 3, 2011
  • Voting on the conference website will take place: October 10 - 21, 2011
  • Nominated choirs be notified by: MONDAY, October 24, 2011
  • The top four (4) highest scoring choirs will perform live at the Friday night service. Performance Date: FRIDAY, November 4, 2011

At the iSing Choir Scholarship Challenge, your school can compete for a $5,000 scholarship prize! All you have to do is submit a recent DVD performance,a choir photo, and download and complete the registration form. Your entry must be received by 5:30pm Wednesday, September 28, 2011. All choirs are welcome!
